摘要
在整车电气系统开发验证过程中,为保证系统性能稳定,降低故障风险,需要对系统性能进行测试验证。利用NI公司的Compact RIO平台和工业级I/O模块搭建测试平台,采用Lab VIEW图形化开发环境和XNET、FPGA等专用工具包,研发了整车电气性能测试系统。系统集"信号采集与控制、信号分析与处理、结果表达与输出"三大功能模块为一体,满足高速、高效、智能化、多功能化的测试需求。
In the vehicle electrical system development verification process, the system performance should be tested and verified to ensure the system performance stability and reduce the risk of failure. The test platform was built on Compact RIO and I/O module made by NI Company, Lab VIEW, XNET, FPGA and other special toolkits were used to develop vehicle electrical performance test system. The system consists of three functional modules: signal acquisition and control, signal analysis and processing and test report expression and output, it can meet test requirement of high speed,high efficiency, intelligence and multi-function.
