动车组转向架称重调簧理论分析与加垫算法设计

摘要 首先对动车组转向架称重调簧原理进行分析,重点分析了一系加垫是怎样改变轮重和一系间隔尺寸的。并且得出加垫时轮重呈现对角同增同减的变化规律,对角平分加垫对一系间隔尺寸的改变最能满足相关要求。为了实现加垫不只依靠人工经验,设计了科学的加垫算法,可以实现加垫的准确定位和定量。最后通过仿真分析验证理论的正确性。 First of all,this paper analyzes the principle of weighing and spring adjusting for EMU bogie.Focus on analyze the influence of Spring Adjusting to wheel load and the dimension of first suspension emphatically.And it is concluded that the variation regularity of wheel load.In order to achieve that spring adjusting not only rely on manual experience,this paper described the design of a scientific algorithm of spring adjusting.It can achieves accurate positioning and quantitative.At last,the correctness of the theory is approved by simulation analysis.
