客车制动系统总风支路限流技术研究

摘要 以客车供风系统和耗风系统为研究对象,针对客车集便器集中用风时可能超过机车供风能力的问题,分析了供风系统的工作原理和客车耗风设备组成,基于AMESim仿真软件建立了客车供风系统和耗风系统的仿真模型,对整车供风单元特性和耗风设备耗风量进行仿真分析,提出了在客车总风管向总风缸供风支路上设置2mm限流缩孔的方案。通过对实际工况进行仿真验证,该方案能够更好地适应机车风源的供风能力,保证客车用风设备的正常工作。 Air supply and consumption systems of the train are taken as the research objects.For the problem that the toilet air consumption exceeds the supply capacity when toilets are frequently used,the working principle of the air supply system and the composition of air consumption equipment are analyzed.Simulation model of air supply and consumption system is established based on AMESim simulation software to simulate and analyze the characteristics of train air supply unit and the consumption rate of air consumption equipment.The program that a shrinkage cavity with diameter of 2 mm should be set in the air supply branch is proposed.It is verified that the program can better adapt to the air supply capacity of the train and ensure the normal use of air consumption equipment through the simulation of the actual working conditions.
