This paper gives introduction on basic structure,main and maintenance system,and analyzes operating situation of 40 taxelload ore gondola train.This train with maximum axle-load is 42 tonnes and its maximum loading of the marshaling train is 40,000 tonnes,so it is the first freight train with heaviest axel and marshaling load in the world.The car is made of high-strength weathering steel and stainless steel,featuring in non-side sill,welded centre sill and outer skin structure and lightening weight.The car is equipped with car-pair united control ECP brake system,heavy-duty connector,heavy-loaded low track force bogie,which is on top level of the world.
