摘要 介绍了40t轴重矿石敞车的基本结构、主要性能及检修制度,总结分析了车辆的运用情况。该车运用轴重最大42t,列车编组质量最大4万t,是目前世界上运用轴重和列车编组质量最大的铁路货车;其车体采用高强度耐候钢和不锈钢材料、无侧梁焊接中梁底架及侧柱内置侧墙结构等轻量化技术,车辆采用双车联控ECP制动系统、重载连接装置、大轴重低动力转向架等新技术,整体性能处于世界领先水平。 This paper gives introduction on basic structure,main and maintenance system,and analyzes operating situation of 40 taxelload ore gondola train.This train with maximum axle-load is 42 tonnes and its maximum loading of the marshaling train is 40,000 tonnes,so it is the first freight train with heaviest axel and marshaling load in the world.The car is made of high-strength weathering steel and stainless steel,featuring in non-side sill,welded centre sill and outer skin structure and lightening weight.The car is equipped with car-pair united control ECP brake system,heavy-duty connector,heavy-loaded low track force bogie,which is on top level of the world.
