摘要 研究一种基于CAN总线和以太网的地铁车辆监控系统,并使用双CAN驱动器进行冗余设计。主要针对基于CAN总线的监控系统中网关控制器的双总线CAN控制器和以太网接口硬件电路以及CAN冗余收发数据软件系统进行设计。最后通过试验方法对基于双CAN总线冗余系统的车辆运行监控系统的可靠性进行验证,结果表明:各个时间段双总线冗余系统的可靠度要优于单总线系统。如果加长试验时间,则单、双CAN总线系统可靠度区别将更加明显。当突然断开系统中主CAN总线,节点的通信状态依然有效,验证了双CAN总线冗余系统的可靠性。 This paper studies a metro train monitoring system based on CAN bus and Ethernet,and uses the double CAN driver to carry out the redundant design.The design of dual bus CAN controller and Ethernet interface hardware circuit of the gateway controller based on CAN bus and the CAN redundant transceiver data software system is designed in this paper.Finally,through the experimental method to verify the reliability of the subway operation monitoring system,double CAN bus redundancy system based on the results show that each time the dual bus redundancy system reliability is better than the single bus system.If the length of the experimental time,the single and double CAN bus system reliability difference will be more obvious.When the system is suddenly disconnected,the communication state of the node is still valid which verifies the reliability of the dual CAN bus redundancy system.
