摘要
介绍了克诺尔EP2002制动系统基本功能,讲述了地铁车辆紧急制动的基本工作原理,以不同速度等级为初速度,以项目要求的最小平均减速度的极限条件来计算车辆的最大紧急制动距离。最后通过试验测得各速度等级下的减速度和制动距离。结果表明:各速度等级下,紧急制动平均减速度最小值为1.27m/s^2满足项目合同要求的大于1.20m/s^2。各速度等级下的制动距离均小于理论计算安全距离,满足相关技术要求。
This paper introduces the basic function of the brake system of Knorr EP2002,then describes the basic working principle of the emergency braking of the subway vehicle.Based on the minimum speed of the different speed grades,the minimum deceleration of the project is used to calculate the maximum Emergency-braking distance.Finally,the deceleration and braking distance at each speed level are measured by experiment.The results show that the minimum deceleration of the emergency braking is 1.27 m/s^2 at each speed level,which is greater than 1.20 m/s^2.The braking distance under each speed level is less than the theoretical calculation of safety distance which meets the relevant technical requirements.
