教育生态位下青少年就业的路径选择:人力资本投资的视角

Youth Employment Path Selection under the Education Ecological Niche: The Perspective of Human Capital Investment

青少年是推动产业转型升级的主力军,研究青少年就业路径有利于加快实现更高质量的素质就业。从不同的教育生态位着手,基于广州市青少年样本数据,可发现不同教育生态位下的青少年就业路径差异。实施以青少年就业及人力资本投资为核心内容的教育生态位战略,具体表现为三类战略:针对生态位趋同的专业化战略;针对生态位错位的差异化战略;针对生态位共栖的协同化战略。

Youngsters are the main force of promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. The study of youth employment path is beneficial for achieving higher quality employment. Based on the sample data of young people in Guangzhou, the present study finds that graduates under different education ecological niche have different employment paths. The study suggests that the education niche strategy of youth employment be implemented with human capital investment as the core content from different education ecological niche. Strategies are put forward as follows :specialization strategy for the niche convergence, the differentiation strategy for the niche dislocation, the coordinated strategy for the niche symbiosis.
