碳酸锂中毒缓解后抗精神病药物诱发癫痫2例 被引量:3

摘要 病例1男,23岁,以“反复兴奋话多,或寡言、少语6年”多次入院,诊断为“双相情感障碍”.既往体健,平时服用碳酸锂1.5g/d、氯氮平200mg/d维持治疗.入院前1个月,患者进食差、生活懒散.3d前出现嗜睡、呼之不应,测血锂3.56mmo/L,考虑碳酸锂中毒,外院行血液透析及支持治疗后,意识恢复.人院查体:未见异常.
