大数据技术是实现环境信息化的内在要求,也是生态文明建设的重要动能,其在区域环境治理、环境质量预报、环境风险评估等环境保护工作中的作用日益凸显。在总结目前四川省环保大数据现状及问题的基础上,从管理、决策、服务、创新等4个方面对四川省环保大数据建设提出了建议。

Big data technology is the inherent requirement of environmental informatization as well as the development direction of ecological civilization construction. The role of big data in regional environmental governance, environmental quality prediction, environmental risk assessment and other environmental protection work has become increasingly prominent. By summarizing the present situation and problems, suggestions for management, decision - making, service and innovation about the development of environmental big data in Sichuan Province are proposed.
