摘要
在国家生态环境保护与绿色发展的大趋势下,为充分发挥信息化技术在土壤污染防治方面的作用,结合四川省环境信息化发展现状,开发了"四川省土壤环境质量信息系统"。本系统的开发采用了J2EE以及XML相关技术开发实现,采用Arc GIS进行相关专题地图的开发。本系统的开发,强化了土壤环境质量数据库建设,切实提高了土壤污染防治监督管理工作效率,对四川省土壤环境质量监管具有重大意义。
Under the trend of national ecological environment protection and green development, in order to fully play the role of information technology in soil pollution prevention and control, combining with present situation of environmental informationization development in Sichuan Province, Environmental Information Center developed ＂ Sichuan province soil environmental quality information system＂ . The development of the system used J2EE and XML related technology to implement, and used Arc GIS to develop the relevant thematic maps. The development of the system has strengthened the database construction of the soil environmental quality, improved the efficiency of the soil pollution prevention and control supervision and management work. The system is of great significance for the supervision of soil environmental quality.
