太空诱变对紫色马铃薯种子及幼苗性状的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 以"实践十号"搭载的紫色马铃薯种子为试材,以地面种子为对照,进行诱变种子发芽试验和幼苗鉴定筛选试验,利用生物统计方法初步研究紫色马铃薯种子太空诱变效应,结果表明:经太空诱变处理的种子发芽率、发芽势、出苗率、成苗率均不同程度下降,幼苗的植株矮化、生长较迟缓,而茎粗则增加,变异株在茎和叶片的颜色方面黄化或加深。幼苗叶片保护酶活性增强,且增强幅度较大。 In this experiment,the purple potato seed contained in “Practice No. 10” was used as and ground seeds were used as the control to carry out mutagenesis seed germination test and seedling idescreening test. The biotest method was used to study the space mutagenesis effect of purple potshowed that germination rate,germination potential,germination rate and seedling emergence rate of seeds treated with space mutagenesis decreased to different extents. The seedling plants dwarfed,grew slowly,and theameter increased. Aspect or deepen. Seedling leaves protective enzyme activity increased, and the greater the magni-tude of enhancement.
