摘要
文章利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件计算了涂层-基体双组元结构弹性接触的应力分布,比较分析了涂层-基体双组元结构的接触表面接触应力分布与块体材料的差异,讨论了不同载荷下,弹性模量与涂层厚度对最大Von Mises应力值以及其位置的影响。
In this paper, the stress distribution of the coating-substrate system under the contact load is simulated by using the ABAQUS finite element analysis software. The difference between the contact stress distribution in contact surface of coating-substrate and bulk material is conducted. The effect of elastic module and coating thickness on the depth and the value of the maximum Von Mises stress are discussed under different loads.
