摘要
发酵罐作为重要的生物反应器,在人们的生活中起着重要的作用。由于通气搅拌的问题,越来越多的新型发酵罐正在进行设计,基本上是围绕传氧效率、搅拌系统、使用材料三者的综合考虑以及新型自动控制化的改进。在生物制药企业中,发酵罐的设计决定了溶氧速率、染菌概率等,对发酵速率和成功率有很重要的作用。由于传统的发酵罐在通气、搅拌、传质系数方面有各种不足,所以新型发酵罐的设计越来越重要。文章逐一对现阶段各企业使用的新型发酵罐的结构及优缺点进行了综述。
As bioreactors, fermentation cylinders play an important role in our life. Nowadays, due to ventilation and stir, more and more new-style fermentation cylinders are being designed. They are mainly concentrated on the improvement of oxygen-transfer efficiency, stir system, the used material, even the mixture of this three and the new-style automation. As for the bio-pharmaceutical factories, the dissolved-oxygen rate, the possibility of contamination and other crucial problems depend on the design of fermentation cylinders. Therefore, it is of great importance to the fermentation rate and the probability of success. With the problems of traditional fermentation cylinders, such as stir,ventilation and the mass transfer coefficient, the design of new-style fermentation cylinders is more and more necessary. This article draws a conclusion of the construction, advantages and disadvantages of the fermentation cylinders, which are being used in the enterprises.
