摘要 根据磨粒流加工原理,以坦克发动机喷油嘴为研究对象,利用均匀试验设计方法,通过均匀分散而选出较优的磨粒流加工试验参数(磨粒粒径、磨料浓度、加工时间及研磨液的酸碱性),再通过优化变量得到目标函数,进而获得最优磨粒流加工工艺参数。试验结果表明:采用均匀设计方案较正交设计方案可节省70%的时间;经过均匀试验后,喷油嘴工件内孔表面粗糙度减小,达到了磨粒流加工试验的目的,而回归优化后的工艺参数可以进一步减小喷嘴小孔的内表面粗糙度,所得到表面粗糙度与材料物性及加工时间的数学模型可为磨粒流的生产实际提供技术支持。 According to the abrasive flow machining principles,taking tank engine nozzle as the research object,using uniform experimental design method,the better abrasive particle flow tests of processing parameters(abrasive particle diameter,abrasive concentration,processing time and grinding fluid acid-base properties)were selected by uniformly dispersed,through the optimization variables,objective function was obtained,and the optimal abrasive flow machining parameters were obtained.The experimental results show that using the uniform design scheme may save 70% of the time comparison with orthogonal design after the uniform tests,the surface roughnesses within the nozzle workpiece holes decrease,the abrasive flow machining experiment aims are reached,and the regression optimized processing parameters may be further reduced the nozzle orifice surface roughnesses.The mathematical models of surface roughnesses,material properties and processing time may provide the technical supports for abrasive flow productions.
