摘要
本文以辉钼矿为原料,通过添加不同的杂质添加剂在不同的温度下焙烧以研究其烧结机理。研究发现辉钼矿中的杂质元素Mg、Ca、Si、Pb、Fe、Cu和K等,对焙烧过程中的烧结行为起着重要作用,尤其是其中的杂质元素Cu和K。同时还发现,焙烧温度也是引起烧结现象的重要因素。烧结现象是由于氧化钼与钼酸盐形成的低熔点共晶体和局部温度升高而产生的。MgO和CaO在焙烧过程中有强烈的固硫作用,致使焙烧不完全而导致残硫量过多。因此,想要控制辉钼矿焙烧过程中烧结现象的产生,必须严格控制其中的杂质元素和反应温度。
The sintering phenomenon during the roasting processes of molybdenite witli diferent additives and tem-peratures by air was investigated. It was found that tiie impurity types ( Mg,Ca,Si,Pb,Fe, Cu and K) playedcrucial roles on the sintering behaviour,especially Cu and K Meanwhile,the reaction temperature also had an im-portant influence. It was concluded that t!ie sintering behaviour was due to the formation tics and the increase of t!ie local temperature. CaO and MgO had a stronger sulfur-fixing effect and the desulphuri-zation of tiie roasted product was uncompleted. It was suggested that decreasing the impurititemperature was the effective way to avoid the occurrence of sintering phenomenon.
