摘要 以聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯等为主要原料,引入液态磷系阻燃剂,采用半预聚体法制备了阻燃聚氨酯高压电缆接头灌封胶。研究了不同磷系阻燃剂对灌封胶阻燃性能、力学性能、电绝缘性能、透明性和热性能的影响。结果表明,含质量分数20%的阻燃剂磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯(TCPP)、异丙苯基苯基磷酸酯(IPP)或磷酸三乙酯(TEP)制备的灌封胶的氧指数分别为27.5%、27.0%和25.0%,阻燃等级均达到FV-0级。添加磷系阻燃剂使聚氨酯高压电缆接头灌封胶的热稳定性提升的同时,对力学性能、透明性和绝缘性能影响较小。 Flame-retardant polyurethane high-voltage cable joint pottings were prepared by semi-prepolymer- ization method using polyether polyol and toluene diisocyanate as the main raw materials, and liquid phosphates as flame retardant. The effects of different phosphorus flame retardants on flame retardancy, mechanical properties, e- lectrical insulation properties, transparency and thermal properties of the PU pottings were studied. The results showed that the oxygen index of potting glues contained 20% tris (chloropropyl) phosphate (TCPP), tri-isopropy- latedphenyl phosphateester(IPP) or triethyl phosphate (TEP) were 27.5%, 27.0% and 25.0%, respectively. The flame retardant grade reached FV-0 level. The addition of phosphorus flame retardant enhanced the thermal stability of the polyurethane high-voltage cable joint, which had insulation properties. little effect on the mechanical properties, transparency and
