Preparation of Bio-Based Polyurethane Foam Based on Crude Glycerol from Biodiesel

摘要 以粗甘油为原料,通过热化学转化合成一种甘油基多元醇,将其用于硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备,并考察了甘油基多元醇含量对聚氨酯泡沫性能的影响。研究表明,在采用自制催化剂、200℃反应7 h的优化条件下,可制得羟值244 mgKOH/g、酸值1.0 mgKOH/g、黏度600 mPa·s的甘油基多元醇。甘油基多元醇替代25%(质量分数)石油基聚醚多元醇时,得到的聚氨酯硬泡与对照的硬泡性能相近。 A new kind of glycerol-based polyol was synthesized via a thermochemical conversion process with crude glycerol as raw material, and the rigid polyurethane foams (RPUFs) could prepared by using the glycerol- based polyol. The influence of the glycerol-based polyol contents on the properties of the prepared RPUFs was fur- ther investigated. The results showed that, when using the self-made catalyst, the polyol with the hydroxyl number 244 mgKOH/g, acid number 1.0 mgKOH/g and viscosity 600 mPa ~ s was synthesized at the optimum conditions of 200 ~C and 7 h. When petroleum based polyether polyol was replaced by 25% of the glycerol-based polyol, the RPUF had similar properties as the control sample.
