摘要
采用氢化改性端羟基聚丁二烯(H-HTPB)、二环己甲烷-4,4'-二异氰酸酯(HMDI)和对苯二酚二羟乙基醚(HQEE)为原料合成了H-HTPB型聚氨酯弹性体,并与HTPB型聚氨酯弹性体比较。在pH值为7.4的85℃缓冲溶液中进行了加速水解老化试验。采用扫描电镜、凝胶渗透色谱、接触角测量仪与万能拉伸试验机等表征手段对其性能进行了表征。结果表明,与HTPB型聚氨酯相比,H-HTPB型聚氨酯弹性体的水接触角由84.8°增加到98.8°,杨氏模量与拉伸强度较高,伸长率与断裂回复率较低。水解老化后H-HTPB型聚氨酯的力学性能以及表面受水解老化的影响较小,说明H-HTPB型聚氨酯的水解老化性能比HTPB型聚氨酯好。
H-HTPB type polyurethane elastomer (PUE) was synthesized using hydrogenated hydroxyl termina- ted polybutadiene ( H-HTPB ), dicyclohexylmethane-4, 4'-diisocyanate and hydroquinone di (2-hydroxyethyl) as raw materials, and compared with HTPB based PUE. Accelerated hydrolysis aging test was carried out in buffer so- lution with pH 7.4 and 85~C. The properties of the polyurethanes were investigated. The results showed that the H- HTPB PUE had higher water contact angle (98.8~ vs 84.8~), the Young's modulus and tensile strength, lower e- longation at break and fracture recovery rate than HTPB based PUE. The mechanical properties and surface smooth- ness of H-HTPB based PUE after hydrolysis aging were less affected, which indicated that the hydrolysis aging properties of H-HTPB type polyurethane were better than that of HTPB type polyurethane.
