摘要
为了有效提高矿山机械装备关键零部件的设计效率,通过分析各种零部件的设计与装配参数,总结出一种基于WebGL标准的数字化设计与虚拟装配模式,并以此为基础开发了相应的原型系统实例。系统分为离线和在线两个模块,关键功能均采用JavaScript与Three.js进行开发,包含数字化设计、虚拟装配、零件模型下载和上传零件预览等,具有跨平台、结构轻便和易于开发等优点,对同类型的系统开发具有一定的借鉴作用。以采煤机外牵引部传动系统为例进行数字化设计与虚拟装配,验证了系统的可行性。
In order to effectively improve the design efficiency of the key parts in mining machinery equipments, by analyzing the design and assembly parameters of various components, a digital design and virtual assembly mode based on WebGL standard was summarized, and a prototype system on this basis was developed. The system was divided into online module and offline module, and their key functions were both developed by JavaScript and Three.js, including digital design, virtual assembly, parts model download and preview of upload parts and so on. Moreover, it had the advantages of cross platform, light structure and being apt to develop, so as to be used as reference for the same types of system development. Taking the driving system of coal mining machine as an example for digital design and virtual assembly, the feasibility of this system was verified.
