摘要
在医教协同的背景下,提出"知识能力"需求供给培养模式,并将其延伸到公共卫生硕士的教学培养中,分析"知识能力"需求供给培养模式各要素,主要包括培养目标、培养过程、培养方式,讨论需要注意的问题,提出未来发展策略。
Abstract Under the background of medical education synergy, the training mode of "knowledge - ability" demand - supply system was put forward, and extended to the training of MPH. The main elements including training objective, training process, training mode and the problems were analyzed. Based on which, the development strategy in the future was put forward.
