摘要
采用文献分析、专家咨询及小组专题讨论法,分析我国护理专业整合校外教育资源存在的问题及实际意义,结合护理专业的特点提出整合其他院校、临床医院、社区和团体学会4个校外实体机构教育资源的模式,旨在为我国高等护理教育资源合理利用提供参考依据。
Analysis of the existing problems and practical significance of integrating after - school education resources in the nursing profession with the method of literature analysis, expert consultation and panel discussion. Putting forward the model of in- tegrating after- school education resources of other colleges and university, clinical hospitals, communities and academic societies according to the characteristics of the nursing profession. Aimed for providing a reference basis for the reasonable use of higher nursing education resources in China.
