某医科大学专硕学员对规培制度认知的调查研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:了解医教协同背景下某医科大学2014级第一届参与住院医师规范化培训与临床医学专业型硕士研究生教育衔接并轨改革的学员对规培的认知情况,发现问题,为某医科大学完善规培后续工作提供建议。方法:采用自制调查问卷,围绕学员基本信息、规培目标、规培内容、公共科目实践指导作用、规培压力等方面对某医科大学2014级377名参与规培的临床医学专业型硕士进行问卷调查。问卷采用网络填写的方式进行,采用Epi Data3.1软件进行双人录入,运用SPSS19.0进行统计分析,统计方法包括描述性统计、非参数Mann-Whitney U、非参数Kruskal-Wallis H检验。结果:18.56%的学员对规培的目标不太了解或完全不了解;15.24%的学员对规培各阶段培训内容不太了解或完全不了解;45.71%的学员自觉培训压力较大,8.86%的学员培训压力极大。公共科目对规培实践指导作用的平均分为15.55±3.65,得分率为0.62,临床思维与人际沟通科目的得分最低,为2.98±0.94分,得分率为0.59。结论:学员对规培的认知不足,高校及基地管理部门应该加强对学员的教育宣传,提升学员相关认知。学员对公共科目实践指导作用普遍评价不高,临床思维与人际沟通评价最低,研究生院应当加强公共科目的宣传导向,确立其在规培中的重要性和必要性。学员规培普遍有压力,政府应当在政策上加大补助待遇的投入,规培基地应当关注学员学习和生活以了解学员真实需求,帮助其能够安心培训。 Objective To understand residents' cognition of standardized training of resident physicians, to find the problems, then provide a proposal to improve the training for the medical university. Methods The self - made questionnaire was used to in- vestigate these 377 students' basic information, the purpose of the training, the contents of the training, the practice of the public subjects, and the pressure of the training. Questionnaires were fill out using the network, then using EpiData3.1 software for double entry. SPSS19. 0 was used for statistical analysis. The statistical methods included descriptive statistics, nonparametric Mann - Whitney U and nonparametric Kruskal - Wallis H test. Results 18.56% of the participants did not understand or com- pletely did not understand the objectives of the training; 15.24% of the trainees did not understand or completely did not under- stand the training content at all stages of the training; 45.71% of the participants consciously had pressure, and 8.86% of the trainees had great pressure. The average score of public subjects was 15.55± 3.65, the score rate was O. 62, and the scores of clinical thinking and interpersonal communication subjects were the lowest, 2.98 ± 0.94 and the score rate was O. 59. Conclusion Students' awareness of the training is not good. The management departments of the universities and hospital should strengthen the education of students to enhance students' awareness. The general evaluation of public subjects practical guidance is not high, the clinical thinking and interpersonal communication evaluation is the lowest, and the graduate school should strengthen the propagan- da direction of public subjects and establish the importance and necessity in the training. Students are generally under pressure, the government should increase the policy of subsidy treatment investment and training base should be concerned about the students.
