吸氧型无溶剂聚氨酯胶黏剂性能研究 被引量:2

Study on Mechanical Properties of Oxygen-absorbing Solvent-free Polyurethane Adhesive

摘要 以端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,制备了聚氨酯胶黏剂预聚体,研究了扩链剂对聚氨酯力学性能及吸氧催化剂对聚氨酯吸氧性能的影响,并分析了吸氧机理。结果表明:随着扩链剂用量的增加,聚氨酯的拉伸强度和硬度提高,而其断裂伸长率呈先提高后降低的趋势,丙三醇的扩链作用优于1,4-丁二醇(BDO);硬脂酸钴作为催化剂时聚氨酯的吸氧量较高;材料的吸氧量、吸氧速率均随硬脂酸钴用量的增加而提高,而乙酸钴用量的增加对提高材料吸氧量没有明显效果。 Prepolymer of polyurethane(PU) adhesive based on hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB) and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) were prepared. The effects of chain extender and oxygenabsorbing catalyst on the mechanical and oxygen-absorbing properties were researched, respectively, and the oxygen-absorbing mechanism was analyzed. The results show that: with the increase of chain extender, the tensile strength and hardness of polyurethane increase, while the elongation at break increases first and then decreases. The chain extension effect of glycerol is better than that of 1,4-butanediol(BDO). The oxygen uptake of polyurethane is higher when cobalt stearate is used as catalyst. The content and the rate of absorbed oxygen increase with increasing the contents of catalyst, and cobaltous acetate has little effect on the improvement of oxygen absorption.
