摘要
分析了当前模具顶针设计系统的缺陷及不足,结合模具企业的工程实际,利用参数化设计与关联设计思想,运用基于规则推理和基于模糊推理相结合的方法对顶针类型、规格及顶出位置进行研究,并基于NX开发了顶针智能化设计系统。该系统不但能够快速地自动生成顶针,而且能够对典型塑件实现顶针位置的智能布点,在一定程度上实现了顶针设计的智能化。经企业实践表明,该系统实用性强,能够显著提高模具设计效率。
The defects and shortcomings of the current mold pin design system are analyzed. The idea of parameterized design and association design is used in combination with the engineering practice of mould enterprises. Based on rule reasoning and fuzzy reasoning, the types, specifications and ejection positions of thimble are researched, and a intelligent design system for thimble based on NX is developed. The system can not only quickly and automatically generate thimble, but also achieve intelligent placement of thimble position for typical plastic parts; to a certain extent, realize the intellectualization of thimble design. The practice of the enterprise shows that the system is practical and can improve the efficiency of mould design.
