摘要
通过正交试验研究水胶比、纳米Si O2掺量、陶粒种类、粉煤灰掺量对轻骨料混凝土抗压强度的影响,对高强轻骨料混凝土的配合比进行优化,成功配制出LC40高强轻骨料混凝土。基于优化的配合比,进一步研究了钢纤维体积掺量对高强轻骨料混凝土抗压、抗拉及抗折强度影响。结果表明,钢纤维的掺加有利于进一步提高高强轻骨料混凝土的强度及拉压比,改善混凝土的脆性。
Based on the orthogonal test,the influence of water cement ratio, nano Si02 content,aggregate type,and the contentof fly ash on the compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete were conducted. The mix ratio of high strength lightweightaggregate concrete is optimized,and strength grade of LC40 won successfully. Based on the optimized mix ratio,the effect of differ-ent steel fiber volume fraction on the compressive,tensile and flexural strength of high strength lightweight aggregate concrete isfurther explored. The results show that the addition of steel fiber can improve the strength and ratio of tensile strength to compres-sive strength of high strength lightweight aggregate concrete and improve the brittleness of concrete.
