赤泥改性沥青在冻融循环下制备工艺的正交试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究赤泥改性沥青在盐冻环境下的基本性能及制备工艺,将冻融循环次数、融雪剂浓度、赤泥掺量、赤泥颗粒大小及剪切时间作为影响因素,并选取相应的因素水平,采用正交试验对赤泥改性沥青在冻融循环条件下的感温性能、高温性能及低温性能进行研究。结果表明:对赤泥改性沥青材料温度敏感性的影响程度为:剪切时间>冻融循环次数>赤泥颗粒大小>融雪剂浓度>赤泥掺量;对赤泥改性沥青材料低温抗裂性的影响程度为:冻融循环次数>赤泥颗粒大小>剪切时间>赤泥掺量>融雪剂浓度;对赤泥改性沥青材料高温稳定性的影响程度为:冻融循环次数>融雪剂浓度>剪切时间>赤泥掺量>赤泥颗粒大小。 In order to study the basic properties and preparation process of red mud modified asphalt in salt refrigeration en-vironment,the freezing and thawing cycles,the concentration of snow inch,the amount of red mud,the size of red mud and theshear time were taken as the influencing factors,and the corresponding factor level was selected. The temperature performance,hightemperature performance and low temperature performance of the red mud modified asphalt under freezing and thawing cycle weretested by orthogonal test.
