珍珠岩粉对水泥基彩色装饰砂浆性能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of perlite on the performance of cement-based color decorative mortar

摘要 为提高彩色装饰砂浆的抗泛碱能力,利用天然珍珠岩粉作装饰砂浆的掺和料,研究了珍珠岩粉掺量对彩色装饰砂浆泛碱性能、力学性能、吸水性和干燥收缩性能的影响。结果表明,利用珍珠岩粉替代部分水泥,可显著改善彩色装饰砂浆的抗泛碱性能,但随珍珠岩粉掺量的增加,砂浆的强度降低,吸水性及干燥收缩值增大,但在所控掺量范围内制备的产品可符合JC/T 1024—2007《墙体饰面砂浆》的要求。 s. In order to improve the anti-whiskering capacity of color decorative mortar, the effects of perlite powder dosage onthe anti-whiskering performance,mechanical properties,water absorption and drying shrinkage performance of color decorative mortarwere studied by using the natural perlite powder as the admixture of decorative mortar. The result shows when perlite replaces partof cement, it cart obviously improve the ability to resist whiskering, hut it will make the strength lower and increase the water ab-sorption and shrinkage with the increase of perlite dosage. But the decorative mortar can completely meet the requirements of JC/T1024--2007 "Decorative render and piaster for wall" in the control range of dosage.
