基于电厂灰渣的空心砌块灌芯材料的制备研究 被引量:3

摘要 设计粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、煤渣粉粒、水泥和石灰掺量共5种单因素,测试了50组共计150块立方体试件的抗压强度和表观密度。结果表明,各因素对复合空心砌块灌芯材料的抗压强度和表观密度均有较大影响,可以利用电厂灰渣制备出满足复合空心砌块所需的灌芯材料;合理的原材料质量份为:脱硫石膏0.32,粉煤灰0.8,煤渣粉粒0.32,石灰0.12,煤渣砂粒1,水泥用量应根据不同强度等级的复合空心砌块对灌芯材料的性能要求来确定。 A total of five kinds of single factors including fly ash, desulfurized gypsum, cinder powder, cement and lime weredesigned. The compressive strength and apparent density of a total of 150 cubic specimens of 50 groups were tested. The resultsshow that all factors have a great influence on the compressive strength and apparent density of the material,and the power plantash can be used as the filling material for the composite concrete hollow block. The reasonable mass fraction of each single factorare as follows:desulfurized gypsum 0.32,fly ash 0.8,cinder powder 0.32,lime 0.12,cinder grit 1,the mass fraction of cement shouldbe determined according to the performance requirements on the core material of composite concrete hollow block with differentstrength grades.
