陶粒钢渣轻质混凝土空心砌块性能试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以陶粒、钢渣作为粗骨料,以水渣取代部分普通砂,配制陶粒钢渣轻质混凝土空心砌块,分析陶粒、钢渣的取代率对轻质混凝土空心砌块物理、力学、保温隔热性能的影响,研究砌体轴心抗压强度的变化规律及其破坏特征。结果表明:随着粗骨料陶粒取代率的增加,轻质混凝土空心砌块的密度、抗压强度、抗折强度均呈下降趋势,但砌块的强度等级都在MU5.0以上,达到自承重墙体的要求。且轻质混凝土空心砌块的耐水性和保温隔热性能较好,可作为节能环保墙体材料使用。 In this paper, lightweight concrete hollow block mixed with ceramsite and steel slag was prepared by taking ceram-site and steel siag as coarse aggregate and using water residue to replace ordinary sand. The effect of replacement ratio of ceram-site and steel slag on the physics,mechanics,and thermal insulation performance of lightweight concrete hollow blocks was ana-lyzed,and the change rule of the axial compressive strength of the masonry and its failure characteristics were studied. Researchhas shown that density, compressive strength and flexural strength of lightweight concrete hollow block all showed a trend of de-cline,with the increase of coarse aggregate ceramsite, but the strength grade of the block can meet the standard requirements ofMU5.0, meeting the requirement of load bearing walls. And lightweight concrete hollow block has good water resistance and thermalinsulation performance,which can be used as a wall material for energy conservation and environmental protection.
