摘要
通过查阅2017年国内外涉及蜂产品质量安全的研究论文和专利,分析了2017年年度所有相关文献的数据库分布和研究领域分布情况,总结了该领域最新的研究进展。从蜂产品中的农药残留分析、溯源分析、重金属分析、内源性物质分析、真实性鉴别五个方面对新方法,新技术以及原有技术的改进方法等进行了简单概述及分析。通过对国内外最新的研究进展进行讨论,了解国内外同领域专家的关注焦点,为今后蜂产品质量安全研究提供思路。
The international and domestic research pa- pers and patents related to the quality and safety of bee products published in 2017 were holistically reviewed to deeply understand the research trend by analyzing the database and research field distribution. We introduced and analyzed the new method, the new technology, and the improvement of the original technology about antibiotics residue analysis, traceability analysis, heavy metal analy-sis, endogenous material analysis and authenticity identi- fication. This paper provided the crucial thought for the future research on the quality and safety of bee products based on the discussion of international and domestic re- search progress and the focus from experts in the same field.
