摘要
综合层次分析法和灰色关联法,选取京津冀科技创新人才集聚、科技创业人才集聚、经济发展的评价指标,利用2006—2015年京津冀的年鉴数据,分析三者之间的相关性和灰色关联度。结果表明:京津冀科技创新人才集聚、科技创业人才集聚与区域经济发展正相关,但前期促进作用明显,后期减弱;科技创新人才集聚主要通过财力投入、创新成果产出影响区域经济,成果转化不高;创业人才集聚主要通过科技创业主体、科技创业环境影响区域经济,北京的科技创业资源明显优于津冀,但对区域经济的促进作用却弱于津冀。
Based on AHP and GR_A methods, selecting evaluation indexes of science and technology talentagglomeration, entrepreneurial talent agglomeration and economic development in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebeiprovince from 2005 to 2014, this study analyzes the relationship and the gray correlation degree between them. Resuksshow that the two kinds of talents aggregation has a positive correlation with regional economies, obvious at early stageand weakened at latter stage; scientific and technological innovation talent agglomeration mainly has an impact on theregional economy mainly through financial input and innovation output; entrepreneurial talent agglomeration affectsthe regional economy mainly through science and technology entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial environment.Beijing's entrepreneurial resource is better than that in Tianjin and Hebei, but it has no obvious effect on the regionaleconomy.
