摘要
浙江大学教授褚健因贪污、销毁会计凭证被判刑,该案存在着显著的科技人员创业利益冲突问题,包括大学与企业的机构利益冲突、教授与企业家的个人利益冲突等。以褚健案为例,研究该时期科技人员创业中产生的利益冲突及其规制问题,探索完善当前科技人员创业利益冲突规制,促进中国大学科技成果转化。
Chu Jian, a professor from Zhejiang University,was sentenced for corruption. Conflicts of interest in Chu Jian＇scase include institutional conflicts of interest between university and company, individual conflicts of interest betweenprofessor and entrepreneur, and university has explored the regulation of conflicts of interest. Research on these problemswould give important enlightenment for science and technology achievements transformation in China today.
