羌活挥发油提取工艺的优化

Optimization of the extraction process of volatile oil from Notopterygium incisum

目的 研究羌活挥发油的提取工艺。方法 采用单因素试验和多因素多水平的正交试验方法,以挥发油提取率为评价指标,分别研究药材的粉碎度、提取浸泡时间、料液比及回流提取时间对挥发油提取率的影响。结果 羌活的最佳提取工艺为：在羌活饮片中加入6倍水、不浸泡直接提取4 h,经3组验证试验,挥发油的提取率分别为2.0%、2.05%、2.0%,RSD=1.43%。结论 所用提取工艺稳定、重复性好,挥发油的提取率高,适合大生产,具有实际应用价值。

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction procedure of volatile oil from Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H. T. Chang. METHODS Single factors and orthogonal test were used for studying the effect of the degree of grinding, the time of soaking, the amount of water and the extraction time on the extraction rate of volatile oil. RESULTS The optimum extraction conditions for the asarum is using herbal pieces, adding the water of six times, and extracting for four hours immediately. Three verification tests of the volatile oil was 2.00% ,2.05% ,2.00% ,respectively,RSD was 1.43%. CONCLUSION The best extraction process has high extraction rate and good reproducibility, and the process has practical application value.
