摘要
目的 通过对四川省竹类资源的实地考察、品种鉴定以及资料查询,确定药用竹原料的主要植物基源。方法 采用TLC鉴别慈竹,用HPLC法测定其含量,寻找慈竹中可用以鉴别其品质的成分,进而建立相应的检测方法。结果 慈竹中所含丙氨酸可作为其定性定量检查的指标成分,0.143~7.15μg丙氨酸与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),样品的平均回收率为99.29%,对照品溶液在8 h内稳定,方法的精密度和重复性良好。结论 四川省竹沥类药品的原料为慈竹的鲜竹秆,可通过测定慈竹中的丙氨酸来控制其质量。
OBJECTIVE To conduct on - the - spot investigation of bamboo resources in Sichuan province, species identification and data inquiry to determine the origin of the medicinal bamboo in Sichuan. METHODS Through TLC test and HPLC experiment of Sinocalamus affinis,to find the composition which could be used to identify the quality of S. affinis, then to establish the detection method of S. affinis. RESULTS Alanine was a component which could be used in qualitative and quantitative detection. Alanine in 0. 143 - 7.15μg( r = 0. 9999) had good linear relationship within the scope, the sample average recovery was 99.29%, the standard solution was stable in 8 hours, precision and repeatability of the method was good. CONCLUSION The medicinal raw materials of succus bambusae is fresh bamoo of S. affinis, the determined alanine of S. affinis to control the medicinal qualities of S. affinis.
