摘要
用 HPLC 测定维丁胶性钙注射液中维生素 D_2和前维生素D_2。样品只需简单预处理。在1.8～6.2μg/ml 浓度范围内平均回收率为98.5±1.41%。
A HPLC determination of calciferol and pre-vitamin D_2 in the
colloid injection of calciferol and calcium after simple treatment of sample is
proposed.The average recovery was 98.5±1.4% in 1.8～6.2μg/ml.
