脓毒症大鼠心肌损伤及清毒提取液修复作用的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察脓毒症大鼠模型心肌的损伤指标,主要是血清肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、B型尿钠肽(BNP)及心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。检测应用清毒提取液后的变化,以验证清毒提取液对脓毒症大鼠心肌损伤的修复作用。方法 90只Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、乌斯他汀组各10只,清毒提取液低剂量组、清毒提取液中剂量组和清毒提取液高剂量组各20只。采用盲肠结扎穿孔法(CLP)诱导大鼠脓毒症,制作大鼠脓毒症模型,应用清毒提取液进行干预。测定血清cTnI、BNP及心肌组织MDA、SOD。结果清毒提取液低、中、高剂量组与模型组比较,使用清毒提取液治疗后cTnI水平均有降低(均P<0.05);清毒提取液低、高剂量组与模型组比较,可降低BNP水平(均P<0.05);清毒提取液中、高剂量组与乌斯他汀组比较,cTnI差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),清毒提取液低、高剂量组与乌斯他汀组比较,BNP差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。清毒提取液中、高剂量组与模型组比较,MDA水平均有降低(均P<0.05);清毒提取液高剂量组与模型组比较,可提高SOD水平(P<0.05);清毒提取液中、高剂量组与乌斯他汀组比较,MDA差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);清毒提取液高剂量组与乌斯他汀组比较,MDA差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清毒提取液能够降低脓毒症大鼠血清cTnI、BNP及心肌MDA水平,提高心肌SOD水平,对脓毒症心肌损伤有一定改善作用。 Objective: To observe the injury index of sepsis rat myocardium of sepsis, mainly serum cTnI,BNP and MDA in myocardial tissue,in order to verify the protective effect of Clear toxin extract liquid on myocardium of rats with sepsis. Methods: 90 Wistar rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group, model group, Clear toxin extract liquid low,high dose group,ust statin group. By cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) induced by sepsis in rats,the rat model of sepsis,application of Clear toxin extract liquidintervention. Serum eTnI,BNP and MDA in myocardial tissue SO. Results: Comparison Of Clear toxin extract of low dose group and model group in cTnI,there were significant differences in BNP (P 〈 0.05). Clear toxin extract in comparison with that of model group in cTnI, there were significant differences in MDA (P〈 0.05). Comparison of Clear toxin extract high dose group and model group in cTnI, BNP, MDA, SOD were statistically significant (P〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Clear toxin extract liquid can reduce sepsisThe levels of serum cTnI,BNP and myocardial MDA in rats with sepsis can in- crease the level of myocardial SOD and imDrove the myocardial injury of sepsis.
