行湿汤联合医用臭氧治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床研究

The Clinical Effect Observation of Xingshi Decoction Combined with Medical Ozone on Knee Synovitis

目的观察行湿汤联合医用臭氧治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法将患者60例按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用行湿汤联合医用臭氧治疗,对照组采用单纯医用臭氧治疗,治疗1疗程后,分别观察两组患者临床疗效、视觉模拟量表(VAS)以及KSS膝关节评分系统功能评分。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、KSS膝关节评分均较治疗前改善,治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行湿汤联合医用臭氧治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the combination of Xingshi Decoction and medical ozone on knee synovitis,and to explore its mechanism. Methods： 60 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random digital table method, 30 cases in each. The treatment group was treated with Xingshi Decoction Combined with medical ozone,while the control group was treated with simple medical o- zone. After 1 treatment course,the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the visual analogue scale （VAS） and the function score of the KSS knee scoring system were observed respectively. Results： The total efficiency of treat- ment group was 93.33% ,significantly higher than the control .group 70% （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment,VAS score and KSS knee score were improved＇compared with before treatment,and the treatment group improved more than the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Xingshi Decoction combined with medical ozone on knee synovitis is definite.
