痛风性关节炎辨证因子的分级量化研究

Grading Quantification Study about Syndrome Differentiation Factor of Gouty Arthritis

痛风性关节炎是一种好发于中青年的代谢性疾病,尽管中医药防治经验丰富,但目前其中医评价体系还不完善,缺乏规范的辨证因子分级量化标准,导致痛风病情和疗效难以评估。本文从分级量化的现状、辨证因子的筛选、评分细则的制定原则3个方面论述,从主症、次症的角度确定了该病的22个辨证因子,并制定出轻、中、重度3个等级的评分细则,以期为痛风的病情评估和疗效评价提供初步参考。

Gouty arthritis is a common metabolic disease which occurs in young and middle-aged people. Al- though there is rich experience in the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, but it is imperfect in the evaluation system for Chinese medicine at present. It is difficult to assess the severity and efficacy of gout which lacks standardized quantitative standard of syndrome differentiation factors. This article talks about the pre- sent situation of grading quantification, the screening of syndrome differentiation factors and the formulation of scoring rules. 22 factors are identified from the main and the secondary symptoms. According to the the etailed grading rules,it is divided into three grades（Light, Moderate,Severe ） for providing a preliminary evidence for the condition and evaluation of gout arthritis.
