在氯气干燥工艺中,改用液下泵完善硫酸使用流程,并改造了使用的卸酸槽。改造后,降低了人员操作强度,提升了操作环节安全性,缩短了卸酸时间,提高了生产稳定性,从而实现生产效益提升。
