The Rational Thinking and Realistic Construction of University Governance from Autonomy to Co-governance—From the Perspective of the Transformation of Knowledge Production Model

知识生产模式经历着从模式1到模式2再到模式3的转型过程,政府、市场/企业、公众及公民社会广泛介入大学知识生产活动。大学与政府、市场/企业、公众及公民社会在权力资本、经济资本、社会资本及人力资本间展开博弈。通过基于契约联合的行动共同体的建构、泛在治理环境的营造及大学自治文化的塑造形成大学多元主体共治的局面,努力实现大学善治。

The knowledge production model goes through the transition from model 1 to mode 2 to mode3, and government, market/enterprise, the public and civil society are widely involved in university knowledge production activities. University expands and plays the game with government, market/enterprise, the public and civil society in powercapital, economic capital, social capital and human capital. A situation of universitypluralistic subject can be formed and good governance of the university be achieved through the construction of contract- based community of action, the establishmentof co- governance environment, and the shaping of university autonomy culture.
