改革开放后,经济全球化始终是中共治国理政所面对的重大课题。在每一历史时期,对该问题的正确认识及妥善应对,不仅助推中共自身指导思想的理论创新,同时也为中国社会主义事业的发展创造了良好的外部环境。从时代背景来看,中国特色社会主义理论体系在经济全球化的历史进程中创立和发展;从探索历程来看,对经济全球化的正确认识与回答丰富和发展着中国特色社会主义理论体系;从实践需要来看,要求推动经济全球化进程与中国特色社会主义理论体系发展相得益彰。

Since the reform and opening up, economic globalization has always been a major issue in the governance of the community party of China（CPC）. In every historical period, the correct understanding and appropriate solution to this problem not only promote the theoretical innovation of the CPC ＇s own guiding ideol- ogy, but also create a good external environment for the development of Chinese socialism. From the perspec- tive of historical background, the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics was founded and developed in the historical course of economic globalization. From the perspective of exploration process, the correct understanding and response to economic globalization enriches and develops the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In terms of practical needs, the requirement to promote the economic globalization process and the development of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics bring out the best in each other.
