细节护理管理在精神病住院患者中的应用

Application of Detailed Nursing Management in Psychiatric Inpatients

目的:探讨细节护理管理在精神病住院患者中的应用效果。方法:将2015年1~12月收治的998例精神病住院患者作为对照组,接受常规护理;将2016年1~12月收治的1032例精神病住院患者作为观察组,接受细节护理管理。比较两组医院感染发生情况、护理满意度及护理人员护理服务质量。结果:观察组感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度及护理人员护理服务质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施细节护理管理有利于降低医院感染发生率,提升护理服务质量及患者满意度。

Objective： To explore the application effects of detail nursing management in psychiatric inpatients. Methods： A total of 998 hospitalized patients who were admitted from January to December of 2015 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing care. A total of 1032 hospitalized patients who were admitted from January to December of 2016 were selected as the observation group and received detailed nursing management. The incidence of nosocomial infection,nursing satisfaction and nursing service quality of the two groups were compared. Results： The incidence of infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the nursing satisfaction rate and nursing service quality in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The implementation of detailed nursing management is beneficial to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,improve the quality of nursing service and patient satisfaction.
