合并器质性心脏病的房颤的消融治疗进展

Progress of atrial fibrillation ablation in patients with organic heart disease

心房颤动是一种常见的心律失常。随着对房颤发生机制的不断认识,房颤治疗策略也在不断更新。按照是否合并基础疾病,可分为器质性心脏病房颤和非器质性心脏病房颤,本文对合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病、冠心病和心力衰竭的房颤的消融治疗进展进行综述。

Atrial fibrillation （AF） is a frequent type of arrhythmia. The therapeutic strategy of AF has been improving with the growing understanding of its mechanism. Depending on whether underlying diseases exist, AF can be classified into organic heart disease AF and non-organic heart disease AF. The present article made a review mainly on progress of AF ablation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, coronary artery disease and heart failure.
