消癌平注射液联合盐酸埃克替尼治疗非小细胞性肺癌疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Xiao' aiping Injection Combined with Icotinib in Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察消癌平注射液联合盐酸埃克替尼治疗肺癌的临床疗效。方法 76例肺癌患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组38例,对照组38例。治疗组给予消癌平注射液静脉滴注联合盐酸埃克替尼口服,对照组只给予盐酸埃克替尼,疗程为4周。记录两组患者在治疗前后的中医证候症状积分并判定疗效,检测血清免疫指标、SF-36生活质量量表。结果治疗组总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组对证候积分的改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组对免疫功能(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8)具有较好的改善作用(P<0.05);治疗组对生理功能、生理职能、精力、精神健康、生活质量总分的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消癌平注射液联合盐酸埃克替尼对非小细胞肺癌患者临床症状体征和免疫指标具有较好的改善作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiao＇aiping injection combined with icotini in treatment of lung cancer. Methods 76 cases of lung cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 38 cases in each group. Treatment group was given Xiao＇aiping injection 80mL, 1time a day, intravenous infusion combined with icotinib 125rag~ time, 3 times a day, oral. Control group was given icotinib for 4 weeks. The score of TCM syndromes, the total score of syndromes, the serum immune index and the quality of life scale were recorded in both groups before and after treatment. Results The total curative effect of treatment group was 78.95%, higher than 47.36% of control group （P〈 0.01）. After treatment, the results showed that the syndrome score of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Treatment group had better effect on immune function （CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 index） （P〈0.05）. The improvement of physiological function, physiological function, energy, mental health and quality of life score in treatment group was better than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiao＇aiping injection combined with icotinib has good effect on clinical symptoms and immune index in non-small cell lung cancer patients.
