摘要
目的建立炒郁李仁的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对炒郁李仁进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定炒郁李仁中苦杏仁苷含量,色谱柱Kromasil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(10:90),检测波长210nm,柱温20℃,流速1.0mL/min。结果 TLC法中炒郁李仁在与苦杏仁苷对照品相应位置上,显相同颜色的斑点且斑点清晰;苦杏仁苷线性范围为0.049~0.784μg,r=0.9996,平均回收率97.85%,RSD为1.86%(n=6);炒郁李仁中水分、酸败度均符合要求。结论建立的定性及定量方法简单可行,重复性好,可用于炒郁李仁的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of processed Pruni Semen. Methods The method of thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to qualitatively identify processed Pruni Semen; High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of Amygdalin in processed Pruni Semen, The analytical column was Kromasil C 18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), with acetonitrile-water (10 : 90) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 210nm, the column temperature was 20, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range of amygdalin was 0.049-0.784pg, r=0.9996, and the average recovery was 97.85% (R.SD=1.86%, n=6); the moisture content and degree of rancidity met the requirements in processed Pruni Semen.Conclusion The methods established in this research are simple, feasible and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of processed Pruni Semen.
