中医药治疗肾性骨病的实验研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Renal Osteopathy

肾性骨病(ROD)是慢性肾脏病的常见并发症,随着近年来对慢性肾脏病及其并发症的认识和了解逐渐加深,慢性肾衰竭患者的生存率得到明显提高,但ROD发病率也随之上升。考虑到治疗方法有限,因此探讨ROD的发生机制,并应用中医整体观念和辨证论治的思维,找出合理有效治疗ROD的药物势在必行。本文尝试对近年来有关于中医药治疗ROD的实验研究进行综述,以了解近年来我国ROD治疗的进展情况。

Renal osteodystrophy（ROD） is a common complication of chronic kidney disease. In recent years, with the increasing of understanding of chronic kidney disease and its complications, the survival rate of patients with chronic renal failure has significantly increased, but ROD is also on the rise. Considering the limited treatment methods, it is imperative to find out the mechanism of ROD and apply the idea of TCM holistic concept and dialectical thinking to find out a rational and effective drug for treating ROD. This paper attempted to review the recent experimental researches on the treatment of ROD by traditional Chinese medicine in order to understand the progress in the treatment of ROD.
