摘要
在以往墒情自动监测系统的建设与运行中,对仪器参数调整研究较少,因而导致系统的监测精度始终得不到提高,致使监测信息难以在旱情分析与评价中得到应用。在吉林省中西部旱情应急监测系统工程的建设和试运行中,通过技术研究、实验和总结,首次提出调整仪器参数的方法,并且提出了在限定条件下"调一点,管一线"的观点。实际应用后,系统的监测精度得到大幅度提高,实现了工程建设之初提出的精度控制目标。本文对调整仪器参数的方法进行了总结,对提高墒情自动监测系统的监测精度,早日实现墒情监测自动化具有很好的参考价值。
There are less study on instrument parameter adjustment during construction and operation of automatic monitoring systems for soil moisture. The monitored information can be hardly applied in the draught analysis and assessment because the monitored result precision can not be improved. By researching, experimenting and summarizing, this paper gave a method of instrument parameter adjustment, and proposed the view of "improve one line by adjusting one point" during constructing and operating the drought emergency monitoring system in midwestern region of Jilin Province. The monitoring precision was substantially improved after the new method was used, which met the requirement of the monitoring precision control proposed at the beginning of the project. In this paper, the method of instrument parameter adjustment was summarized, which has important reference value for improving monitoring precision of automatic monitoring systems for soil moisture and the automation of soil moisture monitoring.
