村庄公共支出规模、结构和农民幸福感

The Size and Composition of Village Public Expenditure and Peasants' Subjective

基于"中国家庭动态跟踪调查"2010年基线调查数据,本文研究村庄支出规模、结构对农民幸福感的影响。研究发现:村庄公共支出规模显著提升农民幸福感;村庄公共服务支出和基础设施支出比例越高,农民幸福感越高;村庄行政支出比例对农民幸福感影响不显著。相对于中高收入者,村庄公共支出的规模对低收入者的主观幸福感影响更大,村庄公共服务支出比例和基础设施比例对低收入者幸福感影响更大,而村庄行政支出比例对不同收入群体的主观幸福感没有显著性影响。

In this paper, the impact of village expenditure size and composition on peasants＇ subjective wen-being was examined by using the data of ＂China Family Panel Survey 2010 ＂. And then we examine the impact of viUage public expenditure size and composition on the well-being of low-income earners. （ 1 ） The size of public expenditure increases the well-being of farmers; the higher the proportion of village public service expenditure and infrastructure expenditure, the higher the well-being of farmers; the higher the proportion of village administrative expenditure is, the well-being of farmers is insignificant. （ 2 ） It is found that the size of public expenditure has a greater impact on the subjective well-being of the low-income group, while the proportion of the administrative expenditure has insignificant impact on the subjective well-being of different groups. The proportion of public service expenditure and the proportion of infrastructure have a greater impact on the well- being of low-income earners.
