新媒体时代高校大学生创业能力培养:要素整合的视角 被引量:27

摘要 知识经济时代,随着新媒体技术的快速发展,高校越来越重视大学生创业能力的培养。新媒体既对高校大学生创业提出了新要求,又加速和助推大学生创业机会能力、创业团队能力和创业资源能力的形成。为此,高校应树立新媒体意识,帮助大学生识别和把握创业机会;构建创业制度体系,打造新媒体属性的大学生创业团队;加强智慧校园建设,畅通新媒体创业资源渠道。 In the era of knowledge economy, with the rapid development of new media technology, colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the cultivation of entrepreneurship. The new media not only sets new requirements for college students to start their own business, but also accelerates and boosts their competency in grasping the opportunity, forming a team and resource acquisition. To this end, colleges and universities should establish new media awareness to help students identify and grasp entrepreneurial opportunities; to build entrepreneurial system and creat a new media properties of college students entrepreneurial team; to strengthen smart campus construction, and smooth flow of new media venture resources.
