摘要
共生是职业教育集团化的基本存在方式,共生机制的构建面临法律法规不完善、资源依赖的非对称、协调、激励、监控机制缺位,多元参与未能实现等诸多困境。职教集团化办学共生机制的构建要从共生规范、共生纽带、共生动力、共生保障等方面入手,注重法律法规的完善、职业教育资源的整合、办学的多元参与、协调激励和监督机制的建立,同时积极借鉴德国、澳大利亚、美国等境外先进经验。
Symbiotic mechanism is the basic way of vocational education group. We should actively learn the experience of vocational education group from Germany, Australia, the United States and other foreign countries, and construct the symbiotic mechanism of vocational education group in China from the aspects of the symbiotic norms, symbiosis ties, symbiosis vivid, and symbiosis security, and pay attention to the improvement of the laws and regulations , integration of vocational education resources , pluralistic participation in running schools, and the establishment of coordination incentive and supervision mechanism.
